We have reserved accommodation for Friday and or Saturday night at a special rate of £35 B&B per night per person.   Friday evening dinner available at £23.50 pp If you wish to book and stay at the hotel please contact them as above a.s.a.p..   The Hotel will accommodate the meeting, auction, displays, refreshments and meals.  All catering for Saturday must be ordered and paid for in advance (see below).

Bookings and catering

All members with a paid up full membership are entitled and are requested to attend the AGM.  NB Membership includes spouse. There is no charge for attendance, however we would like you to return your booking form with the number and names attending as this will assist us.

Those attending the AGM please complete the attached form or online* detailing: your attendance, catering requirements, and full remittance (cheques payable to the SBA - please do not pay online by card this time!) with an SAE to my address as above, we cannot accept payment on the day. In return you will receive confirmation of your booking, location map, meal tickets and places of interest you may wish to visit over the the weekend. Online catering bookings are now closed.

*Although your profile may say Mr. & Mrs Jack & Jill Steamboater, only one person will be registered. Click on the 'Add guest' button to register your spouse or other members in addition to yourself.
